Blog Tours:

What a Blog Tour Is: A blog tour is an excellent way to gain exposure for your book. It’s a big Blog World out there — just surf on over to Ning.com’s Book Blogs and you’ll currently find about 14,000 members. And the Blogosphere is certainly even bigger than that! Bloggers are passionate readers who are eager to share their opinions.

Blog tour in a nutshell: the ideal time for a book blog tour, in our experience, is coordinated with the timing of your launch. For a period of (let’s say) about a month — sometimes a week, the aim of the author will be to arrange for a predetermined number of blogs to feature your new release with reviews, giveaways and/or guest posts. We act as liaisons between the author and the bloggers to make sure everything runs smoothly. This is oversimplifying — for more information on how we work, please feel free to contact us.

What A Blog Tour Isn’t: A blog tour is not easy. If you, as an author, do not have the commitment or the time to devote to your blog tour, it’s unlikely to be successful. Book blog hosts — the ones we schedule — require input from the author in the form of guest posts, Q&A and other creative contributions.

Virtual Assistance:

A virtual assistant is just like a personal assistant, only from a remote location. No matter where in the world you are, if you’ve got an Internet connection we can work with you. You’ll be able to log into our project management system and let us know your calendar, your milestones, and your to-do lists. We can help with a variety of tasks associated with promoting your books. Worried about where you’re outsourcing your work to? Discreetly handled right here in beautiful Brooklyn, USA.

Copywriting:

Copywriting services entail composing, polishing, or rewriting book jacket/back cover plot copy and front cover taglines, as well as any promotional or advertising copy that may be desired for the author’s use — created per author’s specifications. If requested, book title suggestions are offered as well. Samples of published work are available upon request.

The Social Media Press Release:

Wondering what a “viral press release” or the “social media press release” is? A social media press release has all of the structure of a regular press release but it is optimized and set up to function well for social media. The page — which has its own URL — includes social media sharing icons and more to fully integrate social media and ease of sharing. We can format if you provide the text, or can create the press release text for you as well.
